Investment Properties

Some of my favorite projects to work on are investment properties. I really enjoy being able to help transform a house that is looked past when you drive down the street into a bright new home. Investment properties come with many challenges besides picking a paint color. Such as specifying new exterior materials, fixing the last owners oversites, or staying within budget to name a few.
