Garden Home Craftsman. This 1920’s home needed some love when this renovation started. I was able to pick out paint colors, siding materials as well as roofing materials on the exterior. The inside was a larger challenge; from saving hardwood original hardwood floors, updating a kitchen layout for 2020’s needs, and bringing a beat up built in back to life. In addition to paint on this project I was able to find flooring, tile, lighting, bathroom vanities to help meet my investors needs and budget. I still can’t decide if my favorite room in the house is the formal dining room, kitchen or full bathroom.
